We are the largest donkey sanctuary in Africa, we are proud to care for 257 donkeys and counting. We are situated in Zonnehoeve AH and Ruimsig in Johannesburg and at Schrikkloof Private Nature Reserve in Bela Bela.

We don't breed, re-home, work or ride the donkeys. Here they can just rest..
